Bartoni Aug. 24, 1984 -- March 28, 2002 Shannon Shatale Shaine Bartoni, 17, of Modesto died March 28 of injuries sustained in a car crash that day in the Santa Cruz Mountains.Miss Bartoni was a native of Hayward. She lived in Modesto 12 years. She was a junior at Elliott Alternative Education Center. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 6th Ward.She is survived by her parents, Debra Bartoni of Modesto and Salvatore Bartoni of Hayward; sisters, Sarah Lee Bartoni and Trinity Metts-Montez, both of Modesto; grandparents, Ed and Patsy Rodrigues of Tennessee, Salvatore G. Bartoni of Hayward and Betty Martinez of San Leandro; and great-grandmother, Nana Bartoni of San Leandro.A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Valley Home Memorial Park.
