LACROSSE July 31, 1907 - February 17, 1999 Alma Bernice LaCrosse, 91, of Oakdale, died Wednesday at Oak Valley Hospital, Oakdale. Mrs. La Crosse was a homemaker and secretary for many years. She was a member of the Eastern Star in Grass Valley; past president of the PTA and was a Cub Scout den mother, both in Hayward. She enjoyed her hobbies of baking, gardening and sewing. She is preceded in death by her husband, Maurice LaCrosse. She is survived by her children; Gary LaCrosse of Oakdale; daughter in law, Marilyn LaCrosse of Oakdale; Kenneth LaCrosse of Burlingame; Robert LaCrosse of New York; 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 22, at Mountain View Cemetery, Oakland. Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Oakdale Memorial Chapel, Oakdale.
