She died today in a local convalescent hospital after a long illness. A native of Misouri, she was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, and a 50-year member of Ocean Park Chapter No. 245 Eastern Star and of White Shrine of Jerusalem Chapter 23, both in Santa Monica. She was the aunt of Walter E. La Core, Modesto, Jack Dameron of Long Beach, Betty Jo Hopper and Lois Colby, both Colorado, and the great aunt of W. C. (Bud) La Core, Modesto.
