L. LUDLOW, 77, of Waterford Dies of Heart Ailment Edward Leneir Ludlow, 77, Waterford barber, died in a local hospital today of a heart condition. Ludlow, a native of Misssissippi, had lived in the Stanislaus area for 35 years. He was a former newspaperman and at one time served as a justice of the peace in Texas. He was the father of Maris Black, Waterford; Florence Elliott, Tracy; Joe Ludlow, Reno, Nev.; Alfred Ludlow, Pasadena and Harold Ludlow, Stockton. He also leaves 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral arrangements will be announced later by the Franklin & Downs Funeral Home. Transcribed by Judy Ewbank
