A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Oakdale. A native of Kansas. he worked as a foreman for Pacific Gas and Electric Co. for 41 years before retiring. He was a member of the Oakdale Sportsman Club, and the Oakdale Dinner Club. He leaves his widow, Louise, of Oakdale; a daughter, Mrs. Gordon Pimley of Oakdale; two sons, Edward of Washington and Kenneth Ransom of San Leandro; two sisters and seven grandchildren.
