SPENCER, 66, OF WATERFORD PASSES James Franklin Spencer, 66, a native of Texas, died in a hospital here yesterday afternoon. Spencer, a retired rancher, had resided in Waterford for 11 years. He was the husband of Della Margaret Spencer, father of Alonzo E. Spencer of Hickman, A. L. Spencer of Modesto and Mrs. Josephine R. Porter of Waterford and brother of Charles E. and Thomas K. Spencer of Texas, Andrew M. Spencer, Mrs. Lucy Bridges, Mrs. Pearl Wood and Mrs. Alice Huff, all of Oklahoma. He also leaves eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Franklin-Sovern & Downs Funeral Home with Rev. Earl Teal of the Pentecostal Assembly of God Church of Waterford officiating.
