Facha, 73, a Modesto resident 29 years, died yesterday in a local hospital following a brief illness. A native of the Azore Islands, she moved to California 51 years ago. She was a member of St. Joseph;s Roman Catholic Church in Modesto, the Modesto Fatima Society, SPRSI No. 114, UPEC Council 52, and UPPEC No. 41. Survivors area son, Donald J.
