BACKGROUND: Native of Chickasha, Okla. Lived in Oakdale many years before moving to Hayward in 1958. Supervisor with Likit Window Company, San Leandro. Member Teamster's Union. Attended school in Oakdale. Served in U. S. Navy. SURVIVORS: Two children, Crystal Karratti of Newark and Tracey Overby of Newark. One brother, Walter Overby of Turlock. Six sisters, Lucy Turner of LaGrange, Norma Berdue of Acampo, Maybell Brennan of Oakdale, Lois Airington, LaDonna Coronado and Juanice Garcia, all of Modesto. One grandchild.
