Marson A Rosary will be recited 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Allen Mortuary for Gerald J. Marson, 50, who died in an auto accident Sunday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at Holy Rosary Church in Hilmar, and burial will follow at North Hilmar Cemetery. A native of Nebraska, he had lived in the Turlock area since 1945. He was Hilmar's acting fire chief, and a member of the Holy Rosary Church. Survivors include his wife, Hilda Marson of Hilmar; three daughters, Diane Blocker of Denair, and Deborah Fuller and Delise Marson, both of Hilmar; four sons, Dennis, Dwayne, Donald and Dan Marson, all of Hilmar; a brother Wilfred Marson of Turlock; five sisters, Helen Lytle, Ann Yetman, Til Bretzer and Marie Kirby, all of Turlock, and Rozella Lytle of Ceres; and four grandchildren.
