Obituary from the West Side Index, Newman, CA. July 7, 1925, p 1 DEATH OF CHRIS JORGENSEN AT TURLOCK ON SATURDAY Funeral services will be held this afternoon at Turlock for Chris F. Jorgensen, former Hills Ferry resident, who died there Saturday, the 4th. Jorgensen was well known here, having lived for many years near the Merced river at the old Hills Ferry site.
