Oakdale Leader, February 13, 1936 (Thursday) MRS. C. WESSELHOFT SUMMONED BY DEATH> Mrs. May B Wesselhoft who until two years resided in Oakdale, died at her home in Riverbank Monday night. She was 46. Funeral services were held from the parlors of the Oakdale Undertaking company yesterday with Father O"Hea reading the services. Burial was in Citizens Cemetery The Veteran of Foreign Wars Auxiliary conducting the graveside services assisted by the American Legion Auxiliary of Riverbank. Oakdale Leader, April 16, 1936 H.H. Wesselhoft to Be Interned Today Graveside services will be conducgted this afternoon ate 2 o'clock for Herman H. Wesselhoft of Las Vegas, Nev., who died there over the weekend end. The services were conducted by the Odd Fellows Lodge of La Grange. Wesselhoft was the father of Chris Wesselhoft of Oakdale. He was a blacksmith by trade. Arrangements were completed by the Oakdale Funeral Parlors.\ Herman and May are both buried in Block 49, Lot 2 of the Oakdale Citizens Cemetery.
