Modesto and Ceres are so close it's hard to tell where one stops, and the other starts. I grew up on a poultry ranch in South Modesto, but went to schools in Ceres. The obituary would most likely be in the Modesto Bee, because it's a large paper. Ceres has a small paper called the Ceres Courier wich also carries obituaries.
