Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. Sunday at Allen Mortuary. Burial will be at Turlock Memorial Park. Mr. Mitchell lived in Turlock for 53 years and died Tuesday at Doctors Medical Center. Mr. Mitchell was born in Snyder, Okla. He moved to Turlock with his family in 1946 and has lived I the Central Valley since then. He was a member of the Cushman Scooter Club of America and enjoyed collecting classic cars. Among his survivors are his wife, Patsy Mae Mitchell of Turlock; parents, Merle and Juanita Mitchell of Turlock; three sons, Tom Mitchell of Kingsburg; Tim Mitchell of *Visaillia; Mike Mitchell of Reedley; two stepdaughters, Tami Swanson of Waterford; Lori Netka of Turlock; one stepson Larry Netka of Modesto; two sisters, Pat Rhodes, and Bonnie Koltun both of Turlock; and six grandchildren. *NOTE: Correct spelling is Visalia.
