Burks, 6, and Bobby C. Burks, 4, who all died Tuesday.    Pearl Burks of Stockton was born June 23, 1954, in Tracy. She was a lifelong resident of Stockton. She was a homemaker.    She is survived by her husband, Ronald D. Burks Sr. of Stockton; children, Ronda Burks of French Camp and Ronald "David" Burks Jr. of Stockton; parents, Jay and Margaret Harp of Stockton; brothers, Ed Harp of Manteca, Steve Harp of Angels Camp and Ronnie Harp of Stockton; sister, Betty Harp of Stockton; and four grandchildren.    Mikayla Burke of French Camp was born Sept. 22, 1995, in Stockton. She lived in French Camp all her life.
