It's only a couple of blocks long, east of Conejo, north of Miller, on the south side of town. My mother and I drove there last week and took photos of a couple of houses, she wasn't sure which house it was since it's been almost 50 years since we lived there and the yards and facades have changed. I found my family in the Modesto/Turlock directories 1956, 1957, 1958, but as you state, the little street didn't get it's own entry in the street section. I need to check the directory addresses against the house numbers in my photos, once I transfer them to the computer. Thanks for looking. I appreciate the help. There is no Oakdale Cemetery Chapel, the name Dr. Walter Maes, officiating does not sound like a local person and there is no DuBois Mortuary in Oakdale and I do not recall ever seeing a listing for such in Modesto. She was a retail clerk for Paul's Drugs for many years. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star for more than 50 years. She is survived by her husband, Noel M.
