Jan, I checked the list of the dead & didn't find any Wagner. There is this in the survivor section: Wagner, Johanna and John Casper and their daughter Augusta (contributor's note: Mother, step-father and half-sister of William Kiel. Augusta, at her death in 1974, was the last survivor of the Peshtigo fire.
