Jan, Thank you for the offer to send me those pages from the NEHGS. My address is Linda Loser W4987 Town Hall Rd Peshtigo, WI 54157-9583 I remember reading about Mrs. Bruce being the oldest survivor of the Peshtigo Fire. One of my Cass lines is Joesph Pomeroy Cass (Josiah/Moses/Ebenezer/John) whose 2nd wife was Sybil Jackson. To make things more confusing Joseph & his 1st wife had a daughter Ann who married Sybil's brother, Josiah Jackson. The other Cass husband I haven't been able to find the first name of was the husband of Abigail Jackson but I have her son Asa Cass & descendants. Abigail died in the Peshtigo Fire along with her sister Sally McPherson & brother, Asa Jackson.
