He married 10 Sep 1845 in Putnam Co., GA, Rebecca Ann BALL, b: 26 Dec 1825, d: 13 Jan 1903 in GA. David and Rebecca had: William H. CASPER, b: Dec 1849 in GA, d: 1929 in Chicopee, Hall Co., GA. He married Mary E. Owen, b: abt 1862, d: Aft. 1910 in GA. William and Mary had the following children: Tara, Lida, Walter, Lafayette, William Fate and James.
