Hi: I'm not sure as I'm still looking for siblings of Samuel A. Casper b. 1849 in Cincinnati, OH that married Rhoda Ann Brown. Haven't found them as yet. I did find that Sams mother was Sarah Leonard. His father was A. Casper I'm not sure if the A is for Anthony or another name as Sams middle name was Anthony. Where is Stark County in relation to Cincinnati.
