I can follow my line only to Thomas Casper who bought land in Bertie County NC in 1797. But can't find out where he came from. Tried to tie him to the Rowan County NC Caspers, but couldn't do it. There is a possibility he came from Va, as there were Caspers there in the 1700's. Anything look familiar. I also have some info on the Rowan County Caspers, be glad to pass it along. Most of Rowan Caspers came from Peter, however there are other Caspers in NC along this time. Here are some that I can't tie into anyone. See if you can help. Lets see what happens.... SAMMUEL CASPER His Will is dated 1785 in Rowan County NC. Where are his children on the 1790 NC census records? They are listed in his Will as: 1. William Casper 2. Sammuel Casper 3.
