I cannot remember if I posted it, but the city directory showed only 10-15 families (iirc) living there at the time. And my father had emailed me back that they were ranch-size parcels. Have you tried contacting Emil Wonnenbergs children since they seemed to be the only heirs? I see they are on FB and other social media sites.
