I was just looking at a ancestry website someone told me about and it really looks good. There is actually a section of free ancestry resources for Sonoma County. The website is https://sites.google.com/site/freeancestry4u/. If you scroll down towards the bottom you will find a California link. Click on it and it's easy to find the Sonoma County link.
