He was born as far as I can determine in Sonoma County. His parents were Robert Fannin(g) and Sarah Thompson. Isaac was in the 1860 Sonoma Co., census age 4. Then he was on the 1870 Sonoma Co., census living this time with Alexr and Mary Blair. I have found records of him buying land in 1878. These are the last records I can find for him. I would like to know more about him. Did he get married or what happened to him. Any further information would be greatly appreciated.
