But as far as I know, they did not have any relation by those names there in California. Not close ones anyway. I have not researched all the Fannin or Fanning's in California, but the ones that I have, are distant or not related at all. The Thompson's... I have not been able to find Sarah's family at all. There is lots of Thompson's. With the 1850 census missing from Santa Clara County, California, I think this must be where they all were living at the time. If not, then I just do not know. But by 1852 they are gone. Only one that is there is Akalis Fannin, Roberts dad. Which would be Isaac's grandpa. Thank you so very much for your help. Just wish some of these were known relatives.
