Have a John Nordmeyer born Nov 1841[have seen 1843] in Chariton Co., MO, served during the Civil War as a Pvt. in the 46th Infnatry from MO. On the 1880 and 1900 Census for Thurston Co., WA and he was shown to have bought land in Sonoma in 1911. There is a John Nordmeyer buried in the Veterans Memorial Grove Cemetery in Napa Co., CA 13 July 1917.
