Devoted husband of the late Eloise Ramsay. Survived by a sister and four nieces. Age 94 years. Bill was born in Pennsylvania and educated as an electrical engineer. After the bombing of Pearl Harbor, he supervised the welding operations for reconstructing the destroyed ships. At his request, no services were held.
