I was curious as to who he was and did a search and found your post. Dr. Godfrey Vivian was his grandfather (Minnesota) Dr. Vivian had a son named Fredrick Godfrey Vivan. Fred moved to CA in the late 1800s and to King City,CA in 1901. He was my husband's great grandfather. Seems like a relative, but not a descendant. What do you think?
