I am trying to find information about Lavona Jeffers Davis who lived in Vallejo during the late 40s. She might have gone by the named Lavona Dickens or Dickins too. Her mother married Thomas Utterback in the early 50s who also lived in Vallejo until 1966. I am at a stand still.
