I believe that she lived next door to my Dad, Kenneth Cecil Burns, at 500 E Washington, Petaluma, CA in 1960. We're thinking her surname is Burns...but married a Ferrell? The house she lived in was moved to a new location when Wendy's Restaurant was built. There was also a Frank Burns in the information...who could be my Uncle....
