You may already know that much of the Skaggs Springs area is under Sonoma Resevoir now. Some of the people that that were buried there were relocated to a cemetery. I think it is something like Olive Hill. The Healdsburg Museum has a lot on the Skaggs Springs resort. If he worked there, you may be in luck. Also, there is a lot of information on microfiche at the Museum that is not online. This includes several newspapers. The Russian River Flag,Sotoyme Scimitar, Healdsburg Tribune, etc. Also, try the Healdsburg Library and the Sonoma County Library located in Santa Rosa which has an entire genealogical section. You may already know that Mendocino township is now called Healdsburg. My family never moved from Dry Creek for over 40 years and yet the documents for them can be found with many names including Pacific House, Analy, Cozzens, etc. Good luck.
