I think they have the birthdate and death date transposed.or the birth date was 1814 and the death date was 1877. It also says he was born in Massachusetts. That is all the information in the cemetery record book that I have. The * means that there was some type of problem with the reading and I believe that was having him die 37 years before he was born. Marilyn

Thomas Young McKinney b 1872 married & headed to California, while Matthew & son Benjamin C b 1868 stayed in Weston, Marshall County. Thomas & family, wife Lydia (TITUS) was at Santa Rosa twp by 1900 census. Bertha Eunice(?) & Dudley T were born SD, Rollo 1901 & Genevieve 1904. 1930 census shows Thomas still as a furniture merchant but widowed twice, he'd remarried a Mrs. BROWN. Do I have cousins? I'd like to learn if this McKinney family's still around, who the girls married. Dudley's on SSDI, died 1967 Sta Clara.

That information is incorrect. Robert and Elizabeth were my GGGGrandparents and buried in Monroe County, Missouri. We are in the future restoring this cemtery. My family, including my father was born there. In recent documents I have from the courthouse, one includes a land dispute between Robert Samuel and Robert and Elizabeth which states, "I Robert Samuel Greening of Sonoma County, California, son of John Greening".......and there are other documents from the courthouse which disputes this as well. Also, Robert Samuel could not be their son because Robert and Elizabeth came to Monroe which was Ralls County at the time in 1829. I have found the documents for that at the courthouse here in Ralls.
