You can go to the Reporter as I went to Ancestry and there wasn't an obituary for your Harold Bell just the Social Security Death Index. I went to the reporter website and you can un-archive the obit but it will cost $2.95. _www.thereporter.com_ (http://www.thereporter.com) then go to the obituary site at top then on the right side of that page, you can choose all time and put in your Harold Bell's name. I don't live in Vacaville anymore but you may also try contacting either McCune's Funeral Home or the Vaca Hills Chapel depending on which one did his burial but they may not give you the information since the files are confidential information. Hopefully someone living in Vacaville or has access to the Reporter may help you further, good luck in your search.
