My grandparents - Charles U. WATERS and Thelma EARNEY were married in Bay Point, Contra Costa Co. on January 1st between the years of 1941 and 1944. (My 90 year old grandmother is sketchy on the year.) Their marriage was never filed in Contra Costa Co. The officiant was supposedly from Benicia and I'm wondering if maybe he didn't file the marriage in Solano Co. Is there somebody that has access to the FHC films or county records that could check for me to see if the marriage was recorded in Solano? Thanks, Christine.
