SULLIVAN NAPA -- Charles H. Sul- livan, 71, of 3524 Palomar Drive, died Saturday in a local hospital after a long illness. A native of Petaluma, Sullivan attended Vallejo schools and Mare Is- land apprenticeship school. He moved from Vallejo to Napa in 1950 and retired from Mare Island in 1965 after 38 years of em- ployment. Following his retirement, Sullivan worked 10 years as an in- surance agent for Farmer's Insurance Group in Napa. He was a member of the I.A.M. Machinist Union No. 252 of Vallejo. Survivors include his wife, Lois C. Sullivan of Napa; a daughter, Nancy Marrano of Napa; a brother, John L. Sullivan of Stockton; two grand- children and several nieces and nephews. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Chapel of Richard Pierce Funeral Service with L. Dean Pense of the First Chris- tian Church of Napa of- ficiating.
