Ferguson, 64, of 16798 La Placita Ct., died last Friday night in a Vallejo hospital. He had retired as secre- tary-treasurer of airtrol Inc., an air conditioning firm, two years ago because of ill health. A native of Ohio, he was raised in Cincinnati and was associated with Haskins & Sell, a national accounting firm. He came to Napa in 1945 and worked for the state a short while. Then he established a public account- ing and tax service firm in Napa with Mrs. Ruby Case for 16 years. He was a past president of the Exchange Club. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Vincent Barry, Glendora, and Mrs. Kate Kreetze, Melbourne, Ky. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Richard Pierce Funeral Service Chapel with entomb- ment at Tulocay Garden Mausoleum."
