Robins, 39-1/2 Butte St., a retired postal clerk, died yesterday in a local hospital after an extended illness. A native of Detroit, Mich., Mr. Robbins had resided in Vallejo for 40 years. He was a member of the Vet- erans of Foreign Wars. There are no known survivors. Funeral services are pending at Twin Chapels."
