Last I knew Frank Vitali still lived in Bird's Landing, Solano. He was up in age so I haven't checked to see if he is still around but if he is related to your Maria it might be a shot. There are 87 Vitali's listed at www.whitepages.com in California although Frank isn't one of them. He used to own the bar at Collinsville just down the road from Bird's Landing with his wife whose name escapes me at the moment. She has passed away and is buried in Collinsville Cemetery. You also might try www.findagrave.com for Maria perhaps.
