Inurnment will be private. Born June 20, 1914, in Watts, Mr. Moiseff moved to the area 20 years ago. He worked for 25 years at Mare Island as a ship fitter. He also enjoyed tinkering with lawn mowers and loved dancing and gardening. Mr. Moiseff is survived by his wife, Shirley Moiseff of Vacaville; brothers, John Moiseff of Phoenix, Ariz., and Michel Moiseff of San Francisco; sister hazel Shubin of Vacaville; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions in Mr. Moiseff's name may be sent to the American Lung Association.
