    1. [CASOLANO] Park/Parke & Alexander
    2. Karen/Les Venable
    3. I am looking for information about Robert PARK or PARKE and Margaret Virginia ALEXANDER. This is what I know about them: Robert was born in Ireland about 1825 and died in California in 1899. Margaret was born in Indiana about 1834 and died in California about 1871. The couple married in Gibson Co Indiana in 1853 and had 5 known children: Katherine, Mary Jane, Charles, Henrietta & Robert. I don't know where they were living in 1860 but all of the above children were born in California between 1855 and 1868. Upon moving to California the couple probably settled in or near Solano County as they were living there in 1870 and Robert was living there in 1880 with his second wife whose name was Ellen Buckley. If anyone has any information about these people, please contact me. Thanks. Karen Venable

One family question answered-I didn't remember the names of the ladies my Great Aunt-Eleanor Crutsinger Brunaugh- used to visit in Solano. Do you know if Juliette's husband was William S. Allen-b. 1868 d. 1891. Juliette and W.S. Allen are buried next to each other at Oak Hill- Kirkwood, Mo. Estelle's ashes are next to Juliette. At the head of Juliette's grave is a box with Troy written on it. Iam looking at the family plot map. But the map doesn't list a Troy under the names of those interred. The Sherwood Allen, Jr.- I am looking for married- one of my great Aunt's- Joyce Virginia Crutsinger Allen- nickname "Tad". It was his WWI record you found. Sherwood, "Tad" and family are listed for 1920. But Sherwood Allen, Jr. goes missing by 1930. His wife- "Tad" Joyce V. Allen dies in 1940. They had three daughters: Marie "Polly", Grace- who died from T.B. as a child- interested in where she is buried/died- another daughter Sherwood born in 1915. I remember my Mother and Aunt Eleanor "Pidgie" talking about this family- something about they understood why Sherwood Allen, Jr. "wondered off". He did a good job of it, because I can't find a trace of him. Again, thank you for the information. Every piece of information helps.
