William Hill Casner was the son of Vandal Benjamin Casner who in turn was the son of Adam Casner of Pendleton Co., W. VA. William moved with his family to Guernsey Co., OH in 1825. If you contact their historical society, you will be able to obtain quite a bit of information about this family, including land records and census inormation. Just be aware that William's youngest brother Benjamin was only married to Margaret Graham, not Margaret Coffman. There is a mistake confusing two cousins named Benjamin. Happy hunting!
