This probably isn't useful information for you but ties in with our search: my boyfriends name is Joseph Sinclaire Casner, who is from Washington State. His father was Michael Casner - known as Mike - who he believes was from Pennsylvania. Joe was born on 18th May 1970, but lost contact with his father at 2yrs old. His mother name - who was married to Michael was Rosalie York. As you can imagine, Joseph would love to hear from or meet his father. Michael Casner was a student in Washington State at the time Joseph was born. Michael's mother may or may not have been Jewish. Michael would have been in his early/mid-twenties when Joseph was born (50's now?).Thats about all we know unfortunately!!!
