    3. I'm assuming you have already done the following. If not, I would suggest you do the following; all will give you clues and information: (1) Look at the census soundex/microcode in NY for Casner on the 1910 and 1920 census; look for any Casner family (there aren't that many of them); then look at the children for his name and born in 1910 or there abouts; if you find them on the soundex/microcode, then locate them on the actual census - there you will find any siblings. (2) Obtain a copy of the death certificate from the state of Washington; see >http://vitalrec.com/wa.html< .. (3) Go to Helplist, Genie Angels, or RAGOK and see if you can locate a volunteer in the right county to obtain a copy of the obit for you. Obits, although not always accurate, more often than not provide many clues. Good luck.
