It contains a re-typed version of "Undaunted Pioneers" which tells the history of a family that settled south of Ashland in 1851-2 and spilled over into Yreka and then down the Klamath River. My father Ashley Howard Russell wrote an historical novel based on "Undaunted Pioneers" and other family diaries and letters now in my possession; some of them may be seen on the above web site. "Siskiyou Trail" is available from Powell Books and other used book sellers. I have scanned a copy of "Undaunted Pioneers" to share with family and am considering offering copies of it for sale.
