I am looking for information or living relatives o f James Addison born Jun 1890 - Nov 1985 Alemeda and wife Catherine (or Katherine) Lawson Addison abt 1902 - Catherine and James Addison have had a son James who was born about 1914 I think. I think I find them in the 1930 Census - San Francisco If this is the right one - Father born: Ohio Mother born: Maryland and MAYBE his mother’s maiden name was CRAIG I am related to this family through the Lawson Family. Helen Doyle Lawson's mother is my great grandmother's sister. I have this interesting obit of Helen Doyle Lawson. I was led to James Addison through this obit which places them in Tulelake. My most recent discovery is that Helen and Frank Lawton are buried at Arlington National Cemetery ( Frank born 1876 and died in 1960 ) Frank I also believe I have found at the Letterman General Hospital in 1920. Lawson, Friend of Marin Labor, Succumbs Private funeral services for Mrs. Helen D. Lawson, 80, a longtime Sausalito resident, were held today at Harry M. Williams Mortuary in San Rafael.Mrs. Lawson died yesterday after long illness at a local hospital. She had lived many years in Sausalito and for a brief time in a San Rafael apartment with her daughter, Mrs. Katherine Addison. Mrs. Addison, who survives, now lives in Tulelake, Siskiyou County. Mrs. Lawson for almost a quarter of a century acted as an unofficial friend of organized labor in Marin County. She would stop at the office of the Marin County Central Labor Council to learn what was going on in labor circles and then would pass the information on to her friends. She was a member of John H. Harris Auxiliary 82, United Spanish War Veterans, Woodwardia Circle 663, Neighbors of Woodcraft, and the Marin Senior Assn.
