I do know that he had a brother, charles who was born in March of 1829 in Gotha, a town in Saxony. he also ended up in Siskiyou County. How Charles got from Saxony to Bavaria where George was supposed to have been born is a mystery. I have been in contact with a Roberta Culberson whom I guess you are related.
