I'm the grandson of Alton Jones, the half brother of George Arthur Henderson, son of G.W. Henderson. Have you tried the 1930 census? I would like to know if G.A. Henderson is there, living in Sierra county. I found a record that he died on June 1st, 1966,in Loyalton, Sierra county; but I'd like to learn if he had a wife and children. Arthur was a WWI veteran, serving with the 20th Engineers, Forestry. I've actually got 2 of his letters written to my grandmother (Gertrude "Keefe" Jones) and they will be included in a book I'm writing. Thanks again!
