McCormick" listed in the 1870 Eureka Township Census is my grt grt grandfather Nicholas McCormick, a career miner. Does any one know where one can locate any records of miners in that area and/or Sierra Co. in the 1865-1875 time period. Does anyone know where one would locate mining claims for that period.
