These are from the 1910 census. John is listed as widowed, and the story I have is Grandma died giving birth to Joesph. Notice Joesph is not listed in census. As I was told John kindof went off the deep end with his wifes death and went to the bottle.My dad was raised by a catholic sister, and his sister Mary was (adopted?) raised by a Knox family.
