NY prior to 1880, however, it is such a common name I couldn't be sure if the person I found was yours or not. In 1900 Martin and Minnie were living in East Dallas, Wasco Co., OR. They don't appear on any other Census or I couldn't find them. I looked through the Censuses hoping to find a parent living with them. Do you have a copy of Martin's obituary? If not, do you know his exact death date and place? I have more Census info on this family if you want/need it. I'd look for their marriage certificate in Franklin Co., KS. Maybe it will contain more info. You won't find 1890 info on the Quigley family because almost all of that Census was destroyed in a warehouse fire. In 1900 they were living in Butte, Sierra Co., CA. Henry E. Quigley, b. IL Jan 1858, marr 11 yrs, County Clerk. Belle I., wife, b. ME May 1867, had given birth to seven children and six alive in 1900. Cora E., b. CA Feb. 1890. Alma J., son, b. CA Sept. 1891. Edwin A., b. CA Jan 1893. May I., b. CA Dec 1894. Frank H., b. CA Oct 1896. Henry O., b. CA Jan 1898. I have more Census info on this family if we want/need it. Successful Searching!
