Hi List, I could really use some help. I have tried the Downieville Public Library but they do not have any way of emailing them for newspaper items. I have checked RAOGK and there are no volunteers for Sierra County. I have subscriptions to 2 newspaper websites that cover all the USA. They still have a long way to go with getting newspapers available. They do not cover Sierra County yet. I am trying to get the obit and funeral notice for a husband and wife. If obit mentions where buried, then I do not need funeral announcement. Mabel may only have funeral announcement as she died after Fred and They did not have any children. I am looking for obits for: Mabel T. RICHARDSON, maiden name unknown. She died 4 March 1934 in Downieville. She was the wife of Fred O. RICHARDSON. Fred O. RICHARDSON. He died 16 August 1933 in Downieville. He was husband of Mabel. Last occupation I have was as a gold mine mining engineer. I do not need newspaper articles snail mailed to me.
